How do I repair or fix a notebook that is not opening, displaying or saving properly?

Please clear the recents list, which means deleting all the NoteTaker preferences files first which are located in your Finder directories:




~/Library/Group Containers/8F48HWC35E.NoteShareCommon



For NoteTaker,


~/Library/Group Containers/8F48HWC35E.NoteShareCommon


Once you have trashed and removed these Preference files then re-start your System and re-launch NoteTaker or NoteShare.

NOTE: If you are not able to see any of the files or can't locate them, they may be hidden. Use the Terminal app from the Utilities folder to unhide them. Once Terminal launches and you see the prompt; please type or copy/paste the following command and then press return to execute:

chflags nohidden ~/Library/
