I don't see my notebook when I launch NoteTaker or NoteShare? What should I do?
Please follow these instructions carefully to restore your notebook:
1) Quit NoteShare and/or NoteTaker
2) Locate the notebook in the Finder
3) Select it
4) Perform a Control right click with your mouse to display the Contextual Menu
5) Show Package Contents
6) Delete the Index_v2 folder
7) Close the Finder Window
8) Launch NoteShare or NoteTaker
9) The notebook should re-index which may take a few minutes
10) Re-import any attachments if prompted
